The parent house of josl mountain lounging was owned by Josl Gstrein, a famous alpine skier and cross country skier in the 40's and 50's, when "Pension Josl" built.
Both characterize the josl mountain lounging with their very own line and the success gives them right.
Even son and daughter, Daniel and Katharina follow their footsteps already, and everybody is actively in the hotel and is working together for the future.
His son Helmut took over the business and created, with his wife Anneliese, this unique and new hotel with its modern architecture as a contrast to the Tyrolean country house style, with the motto "It also works without leather pants".
